(1) RAW Constitution 9. The Council (o) Proposed Wording Receive no remuneration or honoraria directly or indirectly for work done or services rendered for or on behalf of the Association unless carried out under separate contract and previously agreed by Council. Except for the Treasurer and Secretary, who will receive an Honorarium of £100.00 each year. Reason: We feel in this day and age a small Honorarium should be paid to the Treasurer and Secretary as a small appreciation for all the work that they carryout for the RAW. Proposed by Monmouthshire Referees’ Association and Bridgend & District Referees’ Society (2) RAW Constitution 11. Expenses (c) Schedule 1 Subscriptions and Car Mileage Allowances 2 Current Wording The car mileage allowance under rule 11(c) shall be 25p per mile. (2) RAW Constitution 11. Expenses (c) Schedule 1 Subscriptions and Car Mileage Allowances 2 Proposed Wording The car mileage allowance under rule 11(c) shall be 35p per mile. Reason: Monmouthshire Referees’ Association The 25p per mile allowance has been in effect since at least the 31.05.2005. We feel that a 10p per mile raise is more than justified considering that the sharp rise in prices for petrol and diesel. Reason: Bridgend and District Referees’ Society To reflect the increase in fuel costs and to bring the mileage allowance in line with that for match officials on the Welsh Football League, South Wales Football Association Competitions and the South Wales Amateur and Senior Leagues. Many Thanks, Gareth Keenor RAW Secretary. |
