Mark Petch Mark Petch Conwy-based referee Mark Petch has been appointed to referee this years Welsh Cup Final.

Bangor City will be making their 4th appearance in a row as they taking on Llanelli at the home of the Scarlets Rugby team Parc y Scarlets.

Final - 8 May 2011 - kick off 2:30PM

There was disappointment for Welsh Referees as FIFA decided not to replace Ceri Richards for 2011. This means that Wales have only 3 Referees on the 2011 list. The Principality has kept its quota of 8 Assistants. The RAW are hopeful that the Football Association of Wales will lobby hard to bring the number back up to four in future years.
